The convenience and location of this condo is incredible. Beautiful scenery read at your back door and patio where you can watch the barges go by as well as the train trestle bridge which is busy with transport. The ease of check-in and checkout and communication was fantastic. Can’t wait to stay here next year.

Negative: Really disappointed that we couldn’t sit out on the balcony as it wasn’t clean and fresh… cobwebs were everywhere and leaves and dirty in general ….. but this was the only flaw

Perfect Spot!
Positive: I love the fact that it is sheltered and so very close to Broadway (10 min walk) and other surrounding recreational facilities such as Parks and a Farmer's Market, great local bar and grilles, show venues etc. Amazing location.
Negative: The gym could do with a couple of 40 lb plates or heavier dumbells, but other than that everything else was fine.
